Bitume Emulsion Plant
Bitumen emulsions are heterogeneous two-phase systems consisting of bitumen and water which are insoluble in each other. It is produced by passing through a colloid mill with mixing at specific ratios. The emulsifier used in the production of asphalt emulsions is called ANYONIC or CATIONIC according to the type of emulsifier.

Bitume Emulsion Plant surface coatings, seal coats, fog seals, asphalt emulsion plants used in bonding layers are fixed and mobile designed. The system consists of asphalt feed tank, solution tank, asphalt pump and millstone. The material feeds are adjusted to be dosed and if desired they are fully automated with computer.
