- The surface area of the serpentines used for heating in bitumen tanks and the thicknesses and contents of the used serpentine tubes are very important. The high surface area of the serpentine of our tanks, the high quality insulation, the efficiency of the welding methods we use during manufacturing, allows the equipment to be long-lasting and robust despite repeated installation and disassembly.
- Modified bitume tanks have 3 mixer motors. We use mirror cone type bevel gear reducer. Because of the different and long life of our mixers, even the companies that receive the modified tank from other manufacturers are taking the mixer system from us.
- Modified tanks need to have a higher heating surface area than other tanks. One of the most important reasons why we differ from other manufacturers is that the heating surface area we use in all tanks is well above the market. This feature gives serious advantages to the user in economic terms.
- The high serpentine surface area of our bituminous tanks increases the efficiency of high quality insulation. welding methods we use during manufacturing; Although the equipment has been assembled and disassembled many times, it is long lasting and remains intact.
